Why is the rent only Rp100k?
Because we don't profit from your rental fee. Here is the plain explanation.
BisnisSMM owns providersmm.id, our main service and a wholesale source of SMM stock. When you sell through this panel, customer orders connect to providersmm.id automatically. We earn from transaction volume upstream, not from your panel rent.
So the Rp100,000 a month you pay simply covers servers, domains, backups, and infrastructure. Prices paid before 1 January 2027 stay locked for the length of that subscription, and there are no hidden fees.
A clear win-win: you get a professional panel at a street-stall price, we get an active reseller ecosystem on providersmm.id. That is why the rent can be this low, and why we are happy to explain it upfront.

What's the difference between the Mandiri plan and the Cuan and Cuan Max plans?
All of them are fully automated, include a custom domain, providersmm.id special pricing, and complete white-label features. The difference: the Mandiri plan only connects to providersmm.id, ideal for beginners starting an SMM panel business with minimal capital. The Cuan and Cuan Max plans support multiple providers (connect your own supplier; the 5% revenue share applies only to sales of that outside supplier's services, while ProviderSMM.id services stay at 0%), API access, and priority support. Ideal if you plan to scale the business seriously.
What does "Full Auto" mean?
Full Auto means every panel operation runs automatically: customer orders are forwarded directly to the supplier, deposits land via payment gateway, services and prices auto-sync from the supplier, and service quality is monitored automatically via drop-rate monitoring. You don't have to QC services one by one, so there are fewer complaints and a lighter support load. Just focus on marketing and bringing in buyers.
How does revenue share work?
The 5% revenue share applies ONLY to services from an outside provider you connect yourself through Multi-Provider. Services from ProviderSMM.id are never touched: 0%, forever. The share is calculated from your selling price to the customer and taken from your Account Balance once the provider accepts the order. If the order is cancelled, refunded, or only partly delivered, the share is returned too, in proportion to the money refunded to the customer. Drip orders are charged per batch that is actually sent. The fixed subscription fee is billed separately based on the chosen plan period.
What happens if I pay late?
If the subscription isn't paid within 3 days after the due date, your panel is temporarily frozen. Customers can't access your storefront until payment is settled. Your data stays safe and is not deleted.
Can I upgrade from Mandiri to Cuan or Cuan Max?
Yes, you can upgrade anytime from the partner dashboard. Your remaining days are not lost: their value is converted at the new plan's daily price, then the period you pay for is added. Example: 196 days left on Mandiri Yearly become about 32 days of Cuan Max, plus 30 days when you pay for Cuan Max Monthly. The exact figures are shown before you pay.
Will my customers know this is a reseller panel?
No. Your panel is fully white-label and uses your own brand name, logo, and colors. None of the BisnisSMM or providersmm.id branding is visible to customers.
