What's the difference between Child Panel and Main Panel?

Both are fully automated, include a custom domain, providersmm.id special pricing, and complete white-label features. The difference: Child Panel only connects to providersmm.id (ideal for beginners starting an SMM panel business with minimal capital). Main Panel supports multiple providers, API access, priority support, and a low 5% revenue share — ideal if you plan to scale the business seriously.

What does "Full Auto" mean?

Full Auto means every panel operation runs automatically: customer orders are forwarded directly to the supplier, deposits land via payment gateway, services and prices auto-sync from the supplier, and service quality is monitored automatically via drop-rate monitoring. You don't have to QC services one by one — the result is fewer complaints and a lighter support load. Just focus on marketing and bringing in buyers.

How does revenue share work?

A 5% revenue share is automatically deducted from the partner's balance on each customer transaction. This applies only to the Main Panel plan. The fixed subscription fee is billed separately based on the chosen plan period.

What happens if I pay late?

If the subscription isn't paid within 2 days after the due date, your panel is temporarily frozen. Customers can't access your storefront until payment is settled. Your data stays safe and is not deleted.

Can I upgrade from Child to Main Panel?

Yes, you can upgrade anytime from the partner dashboard. Any unused balance on your Child Panel subscription is credited pro-rata.

Will my customers know this is a reseller panel?

No. Your panel is fully white-label — it uses your own brand name, logo, and colors. None of the BisnisSMM or providersmm.id branding is visible to customers.
